    Pros

    Catapult managers are extremely supportive and encouraging to their teachers. I had nothing but a positive experience while working here and will continue with any opportunities presented.

    Cons

    Depending on the situation it will be challenging to get a full-time position but if you're qualified lateral mobility can happen.

    I worked at Catapult Learning full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I was lucky to work with a great manager before I left. Hope they stay! Good pay, flexibility in schedule. A lot of independence at work and get to be in a unique position at the school site.

    Cons

    Structure changes all the time, with cirriculum, database, and supervisors. Left because of school shutdowns. Hard to get full time hours

    Prior to catapult acquisition, Capital Education was a great place to work.

    Catapult was the worst thing that could have happened to the Auburn School
