    Advice to Management

Too many chiefs not enough Indians and our patients are suffering.

I have been working at Catholic Health System full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

staff very knowledgeable and competent. administration values dedication and competency by yearly increase in pay without the presence of a union. in the present condition this system operates well without a union. all system locations have compatible staff and managers. managers very flexible and understand the value their staff provides on a daily basis. administration is very responsive in a timely manner to important issues.

    Cons

the only issue is parking during busy periods. however, a shuttle is provided to staff to a designated lot as well as a parking ramp is available on site. this inconvenience only affects one system site.

    Advice to Management

keep doing what you are doing. listen to your staff....most have good ideas.
