Pros

Pay is the only reason to work for these slave drivers. The CEO hired his daughter with an arts degree, to teach her CAD and got rid of a capable Revit user.

Cons

If you are not related to a prinicpal, you are no one. They will not treat you well at all.

Diverse and unique projects across multiple industries.

Cons

Mediocre mid-management who looks out for themselves. Really focused on hours worked and how long you’re in the office. Long hours and tight deadlines. They do not care about your life outside of work and expect work to be your top priority. Remote only became an option after a large number of people quitting.
