      Friendly colleagues. There are ups and downs when it comes to being busy and quiet, just like any agency. Flexibility with wfh and unlimited PTO.

      Slow career progression, low salary, role/responsbility is equivalent to an associated medical director in other agencies but the salary is much lower vs industry standards, RRSP matching is negligible
