      There are no pros to this company unless you are willing to be a yes no boy, not man. Its disgusting way they talking to people and there apprentices is vile. The work is very repetitive and having meeting after meeting about rubbish with managers that have no clue at all.. devastated on how these people are allowed to have a job let alone be managers or supervisors? Pension 5% what a joke, Xmas bonus more like get the work done so ceo can get his bonus..

      Worst company I've ever worked for. The Turnover of staff is massive and skill level on any scale is very low. Hats off to people who joint this freak show.

      absolutely no pros, pension is 5%, its a crap bonus scheme, at xmas you have to would like a dog for the ceo to get his bonus.

      Cons

      so working there for over a year i had 3 managers and had been moved over to part of a site that had no engineering skill on the shop floor. there is no training there and you get given 3 peoples jobs becouse they cant do it properly? no credit, just meeting after meeting to give you more project or more work. its old fashion ways of dealing with things should be called a jail i have hatted this place from 3 months in but had to stay and endure the uncreative nonsense.
