Some nice freedoms. Some good people. Okay work / life balance.
Cons
Management doesn't know how to get out of their own way. They hire competent people and then don't let them make any impact. Often redoing work or having to restart projects due to unorganized management. Incompetent individuals are kept onboard without any real consequences for their lack of performance.
