      Pros

      Generous benefits for part time employees. Managers are supportive; they want you to succeed. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      I work remotely, which is always a bit of a challenge as far as feeling in the loop goes. But management is very helpful and there are plenty of emails and Skype messages going back and forth that distance from the home office isn't really an issue.
