      Fairly relaxed and friendly culture. Monthly snacks and a couple holiday parties a year. Moderately decent training. Company provided work shirts as well as solid PPE. 4% matching on retirement investments.

      Cons

      1st and 2nd shift team leads can be a bit abrasive. Wages make it difficult to live in town.
