Pros

A lot of intelligent people with diverse work experiences.

Cons

As a salaried employee you are expected to go above and beyond, often working overtime hours without any benefit, financial or otherwise. The more you give the more they expect from you. Year over year, the company continues the “make their numbers” yet bonuses have been eliminated. The company keeps asking for more without offering anything in return. Employees are expected to be online and responsive well past traditional working hours. Being overworked is often worn as a badge of honor but the individuals elevated to be people leaders just want to keep people in their place, not grow a career or look out for the well-being of their reports. Leadership is chaotic, often quickly reacting, implementing plans without understanding or thinking through the implications. Recently, and rightfully so, there is an intensifying mentality at the company to put in minimal amounts of effort and simply skate by because there is no reward or benefit to the company doing well or making its numbers. The work is interesting, but to be an employee in the current culture…simply said… the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.

Pros

Great benefits package. Generous time off policies. Good 401k/Roth company matching.

Cons

If your role has been decided with in the company by others, you have little to no chance to change it for better or worse.

Pros

Nice people, really good benefits

Cons

Hired for a job that wasn’t as promised… thought I’d actually do project management work but all they wanted was someone to run errands and set up shelves... I did about 70% manual labor and 30% actual pm work. Training is not great and they’re a very ageist company - disregarding anyone under the age of 30. Those who are supposed to be project managing are really just fighting fires they could’ve avoided if they’d just been proactive…
