      Great in the past, changes in recent years

      Pros

      The people you work with are what will make you stay for the job. Management is pretty responsible granting time off when you really need a break.

      Cons

      In the last few years the company has seen a change in management styles which has frustrated many directors and alienated some employees to the point where they have left the company.

      All of us feel the same way management. Same disgust and hate!!

      Cons

      Management doesn't trust employees so we were micromanaged like we we're gonna do something terrible! They also fear that employees will lie over something, but the only people who're lying is them! They lie about our salary, our benefits, and our workload!
