      Pros

      Ample opportunities to work on challenging projects. For the most part coworkers are knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around.

      Cons

      Company is always playing catch up. Delayed project deliveries and delayed technology development prevent consistent growth patterns. Limited employee development.
