We would like to thank you for your feedback and regret that your experience was not a positive one. As a state-funded private non-profit organization, there are times when we operate much more conservatively due to external conditions such as the economy and legislative changes. We certainly have gone through periods which have stretched our available resources. In recent years we have been able to make improvements in software, training, work environments and compensation to staff. In good and difficult times, our focus always remains on assisting children and families to ensure their needs are met and to treat all our employees fairly.
