    Pros

They hire fresh graduates which provides experience for those who are just starting up. They are very competitive and have a lot of projects.

    Cons

They treat their employees unfairly, for example they provide substandard health care, sketchy contracts, and low wages. I for one was overworked and underpaid, at some point they'll make you feel disposable.

    Advice to Management

Please take care of your employees, even though there are a lot of talents in the market. Because not all of them will dedicate themselves while being mistreated. Treating your employees unfairly only results to more issues, per se during my time in the company I've witnessed theft, forging of receipts and a lot of slacking which compromises the operation of the company.
