I have been working at ChiroTouch full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people. The accounting team is full of unique personalities and one of the best teams I’ve worked with. Very collaborative as we usually have mini teams assigned to different projects going on on a ongoing basis. More about what you do And quality work than how long you sit at a desk. young passionate people. Flexible as long as the work gets done. Lots of opportunity due to growth. Larger team. I have been working at ChiroTouch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is a cool place to work. The people are awesome and know how to work hard while having fun doing it. It feels like a fun startup yet there is already the backing of a well established and respected company. I can tell that management really cares to make this a great place for their employees. The Las Vegas office is very nice and newly renovated, and you get to work with all the latest technology.

    Cons

None that I can think of, I don’t have a single regret about joining Chirotouch.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. I can tell you really care about the success of the company and your employees.

Growth-minded organization. Approachable leadership team. Commitment from executive team and VP of HR specifically to create definitive professional development opportunities, expanded benefits, and an awesome/newly renovated office space.

I have been working at ChiroTouch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The aggressive growth strategy in going from Chirotouch 2.0 to Chirotouch 3.0, the "team" environment, the new leadership & culture we are working to build.

    Cons

Outdated or lack of SOP's but those are currently being evaluated & established which will make Chirotouch a more seamless, efficient & positive work place. Otherwise, the only other con would be the temperature but they are also in the process of fixing that issue as well. I think it's a huge statement to see an executive team who is constantly aware of their weaknesses & is working hard to improve &...

    Pros

I started at Chirotouch as an associate software intern and I can honestly say that it is not what other comments may portray it to be. During my time here, the experiences I have encountered have really driven my confidence in the company sky high. Upper management fully supports the initiatives of employees and does whatever they can to ensure that the work environment is as open and collaborative as possible. They...

I have been working at ChiroTouch full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Chirotouch is investing quite a bit in its employees and new development environment in Las Vegas. The office is completely new with many break out rooms to pair program. The development team is extremely supportive across multiple teams. They consistently help each other across job titles and have a singular goal of completing our work. Vegas did a great job of paving the way for ideas for our new office space. The San Diego office "borrowed" many of the ideas from Vegas to upgrade our Southern Cal space, including the weeble-wobble chairs (I love those things!). Thank you for your hard work! Nancy Stewart VP, ...

I have been working at ChiroTouch full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company has a strong foundation and an established market leading product with thousands of customers. There has been substantial investment along with the insightful guidance of experienced senior executive leadership that has been focused on taking this already great company to the next level, in growth, people, process, technology, etc. (the technology direction especially is very exciting to me). As with any rapidly growing company, transformation can result in changes that will not always be received positively by every individual. Many of the challenges I see represented in negative reviews here appear related to or are side effects of that. From my view, I see this company and its direction as a rare and exciting professional opportunity, and based on my experience at both large and small companies, the overall...

Awesome leadership team and run by proven leaders in the IT industry. Good benefits. You will learn a great deal in this very agile and collaborative environment with open workspaces that promotes cross team communication. It is not just any other start-up company as it is already very profitable with existing product in the market.

I have been working at ChiroTouch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I started ChiroTouch in April of 2018 as a Sr. DevOps engineer. Since working at ChiroTouch I have been welcomed into the Las Vegas & San Diego office families.  I say, families, because in my experience in both offices there is a sense of unity and cohesion.  This cohesion is given life through the way leaders in the organization are actively concerned about how you feel about working for the...

There aren't too many cons working for ChiroTouch. Personally, I have quippy cons that don't really apply to a review as a whole because they are generally expected behaviors I'm simply not used to after working remote jobs for a few years.  The biggest con as a whole so far working for ChiroTouch is having to drive to the office.  After working remote for 2 + years its really difficult to deal with...
