Great company, environment, culture, remote work, encouraging management

Not the best
Jun 1, 2023 - Sales Development Representative (SDR) in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good outings and sales incentives
Cons
Pay is low, the sales floor manager doesn’t really care about the employees. The sales managers aren’t much help as they pressure you because they have quotas to hit.

Pros
The management there is very supportive. they put a lot of focus on employee satisfaction. I’ve worked a lot of places and this is some of the best management I’ve been under. I feel like I can grow.
Cons
Employee camaraderie could be better. Sometimes feels like one dept after another, but it’s getting better

Pros
They set you up to work from home. Met some good people. Benefits were good.
Cons
This company is falling apart, and executives are working hard to cover it up. There is NO transparency; the CEO and executive team do not listen to ideas. The CEO gets hung up on meaningless projects. My manager never held themselves accountable and always blamed their direct reports for issues. If you asked for help or commented you were overwhelmed, management blamed you for not working hard enough (after completing a record number of projects in a minuscule amount of time). If you have a personal life and have to leave work early (aka before 5:30), you'll get scolded. If you arrive 30 seconds late, you get scolded (even though the managers show up whenever they please). ChiroTouch claims to love its employees but treats them like trash. The product is horrific (as evidenced by reviews and customer feedback). Still, instead of fixing the problem, the executives look the other way and admonish sales and marketing for not doing enough. It's hard to market a product that is trash.

Great experience all around
Feb 20, 2023 - Product Development EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company invests in its people and tech and I continue to work on products that make a difference. We’ve migrated to AWS and Azure since I’ve been here so it’s been exciting to work on large scale projects even during Covid lockdowns that shuttered a lot of companies. I’ve heard people who left whine about how the company has grown and changed but I’ve had nothing but a great experience working here.
Cons
I wish the company could get everyone together from around the country more often.

The leaders are interested in what the team members have to say. They listen to their staff. They are there to help grow your own career, and pave the way for your future success. There are not many companies left like this anymore.
Cons
Not at this time today.
