Business Outlook
Pros
Coworkers are wonderful people; generally all very friendly and helpful. Work is engaging and regularly had opportunities to advance skillsets. Good benefits package with health insurance options, PTO, 401k, etc. Overall flexible, "work hard play hard" attitude helps maintain work/life balance. Office is in a prime location near downtown Boca (very close to restaurants, shops, Mizner Park, Trader Joe's)
Cons
Office is outdated so not exactly a modern, high-end environment (if that's important to you). Career advancement is possible, but seems like that tends to take more time than less.
