They will never fire you unless you're absolutely terrible at your job. So there's great job security. Most people quit before a year is over. The pay isn't bad, but not great. There is some room for advancement if you're motivated, but you won't be getting more than a few percentage points in a raise. Hey, it sure beats working at McDonalds.
Cons
Depressing and stressful work environment. The people who stay long-term are dead inside or just not smart enough to notice the problems. Many things about the work-flow in the office are outdated and tedious. Trying to improve anything is like pulling teeth because half of upper management doesn't understand the business.
Good core group of people in Pittsburgh office; a hard-working group that provides good customer service.
Good benefits including a profit-sharing plan.
There is some opportunity for travel, including international.
I probably stayed at this job for a year too long, but it was a good first job out of college. I gained alot of useful business experience, as well as experience interacting with people from around the world.
Cons
Family run company, with the nepotism you'd expect.
Extremely limited professional growth. Most of the jobs are dead-end call center positions.
Salary increases were kind of a joke - 1-2% for exceptional performers.
