There is nothing I could say negative about this company. I have been here for 5 years. We get paid vacation for 1 week whenever you choose.

1. No one in that factory makes more that 12.00 an hour 2.Everything is on a time crunch with the bosses breathing down your neck. 3. If you dont work mandatory overtime your fired. 4. The owner walks around the factory and if he just dont like you your fired on the spot, instiling' fear in all the workers. I saw it done twice while i worked there . 5. The production manager is a upolsterer and has no idea on the process of building boats or making fiberglass parts. Company moral is depressing which is sad for working on exciting boats
