Pros
Working for the United States and Canadian division of the company as a senior support engineer, I was given a great amount of latitude in getting my job done. The North American division is very, very customer focused, and we took pride in being bluntly honest with potential and existing customers about what the product could do and even if we were the right fit for them. Pretty rare in the software industry.
Cons
Management never seemed to realize that for some of the higher end projects, a certain skill set was needed, and not something that could just be assigned to the next available employee.
