      You will feel needed and wanted within this company. They make it so easy to go above and beyond because everyone is always saying thank you.

      Cons

      The only con is the way that the pay works currently.

      Pros

      Manufactures premium product (leak testing instrumentation). Benefits are excellent and Sr. Management understands their teams and promotes those who excel.

      Cons

      Distance from Cincinnati metro sometimes makes filling higher-level plant positions more challenging however at least location is just off I74 and the commute is reverse which many job seekers don't realize the benefits of.
