I have been working at Cinsay full-time

    Pros

    CURRENT management is awesome.
Product has potential to change the landscape in multimedia and e-commerce across the world.

The rating I gave is for the CURRENT CEO, not the one that just left.

    Cons

The only 'Con' left the company. Read all of the other ratings and you will know the ONE reason most people blame for the majority of the problems. The only reason this is not a '5-Star' is because now we do not have a reason not to succeed and working here, we will be the ones responsible for the success or failure that will follow.

    Advice to Management

Do not let the former CEO back into the building AT ALL if you want to keep all of the employees happy!!!

    I worked at Cinsay full-time

    Pros

Fairly high salary, could work from home, didn't have to work that hard

    Cons

Former CEO was a maniac. Total con artist who would just pitch crap ideas to whomever he could to get investments that he could then use to keep the company going

    Advice to Management

Just sell everything and give up

I worked at Cinsay full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers in any department are great to work with. Some of the best. The product they have is solid. It could be a multi-million (or billion) dollar success.

    Cons

Read everyone else's "Cons". Ignore the recent post that gives the company "5 Stars". There is absolutely NO ONE who would give it five stars. Top-Level leadership is through intimidation. Middle management tries to bear the brunt of it so their employees can work, but it can't be hidden and the culture is toxic.

    Advice to Management

"Advice to Management" No. This is advice to the Board of Directors. You need an experienced IT Corporate Leader to steer this company out of trouble. And you need to hurry.

    Pros

The technology is the only thing this company has that's of value. The company is about to go public, which will be beneficial to some individuals (Pump &Dump)

    Cons

Poor management and improper training will be the ultimate downfall of this company.

    Advice to Management

Hire experienced people with integrity and talent

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Coworkers. Interesting technology. Diverse clientele (small business such as hair salons, wedding planners, restaurants, travel agents, etc). Middle managers are trying their best they can given the situation.

    Cons

Company is surviving because of investor funds. Heavy reliance on outside sales is never a good sign for a business model and does not offset high churn (clientele struggling to make subscription payments). It seems that marketing efforts are geared to attracting new investors instead of new customers.

    Advice to Management

Although the executive management team seem to have good start-up skills, they are not suited for the 2nd stage, which requires more operational skills.

    I worked at Cinsay full-time

    Pros

Employees work hard and care about helping others. Management is usually flexible when you need to take time off or work from home.

    Cons

The CEO is so wrapped up in himself he can't see what great employees he has working for him. If you can't bring yourself to brown-nose him, don't bother coming here because he fires people on a whim without caring about facts. It could be a great place to work, but the CEO ensures everyone is afraid of losing his/her job and refuses to act like a professional.

    Advice to Management

Try to convince the CEO to think beyond himself...maybe then Cinsay will have a chance at becoming successful.
