      Decent pay, decent benefits, and a strong belief in work/life balance.

      Cons

      The culture is very toxic, unless you’re white or deeply religious. Clients are viewed as cash and care is from a business perspective. Supervisors are hit or miss, but concerns when raised get swept under the rug so you have to bite your tongue.
