Pros

- The work we do has real impact. We help students launch meaningful careers, we connect clinicians with opportunities to serve, and we support healthcare organizations in filling critical roles that strengthen patient care in their communities! Win, win, win, win. - Our team is filled with people who care deeply about what they do, but who also bring a sense of joy and perspective to work. There’s a strong culture of respect, collaboration, and positivity here. - I’ve been especially impressed by how accessible and engaged the leadership team is. No one feels untouchable, and leaders are open to feedback, collaboration, and new ideas. They challenge us to grow while also providing the support and mentorship. We all know we’re valued as we see the many investments they make in us.

Cons

- The company’s focus on continuous improvement creates a fast-paced environment with high expectations. It’s a great fit for people who enjoy change and ongoing growth, but it may be challenging for those who prefer a more predictable or steady-paced routine.

Pros

Joined 90 days ago and already feel like I made the right call. Leadership is passionate in a real way, not performative, and it sets the tone across every department. True collaboration, serious innovation, and meaningful impact on healthcare. The work is hard, but to disrupt and positively impact an important industry as healthcare, it’s the kind of hard that is worth it. Clasp just announced going fully remote in Q4 2026 and is doing it with soo much intentionality and care to drive almost more ways for team member connection and collaboration.

Cons

Remote, the team is amazing and wish I could spend real time with everyone more frequently. Other than that, just a few basic startup pains… some processes are still growing and adapting. But the team is not rigid and prioritizes what makes sense.

Pros

A lot of the employees who join are motivated by the mission. The rank and file staff are mostly great.

Cons

Take a scroll through the reviews and spot the ones drinking the koolaid. It won't take long. Leadership and their inner circle spend a lot of energy on vanity metrics and manufactured press. Do your research and check out real testimonials (not their paid influencers). The culture at the top is textbook toxic narcissism. As others have already mentioned in reviews, Candidly, Tuition.io, and a growing list of competitors are all better uses of your talent and time.

We appreciate you sharing your perspective. Clasp is a high-performance, fast-paced environment and we're intentional about that. We're building something hard and we look for people who are energized by that challenge. We know that's not for everyone, and we respect that. Our team is deeply committed to the people here and to building something worth being proud of.
