Pros

Remote options, interesting problem space.

Cons

This place is run by inexperienced, bad leadership…that keep a small team of inexperienced, low- skill middle managers around to inflate their egos. I would like the pace if the decision making made any sense, or if there was room to challenge ideas. If you want to get promoted, just agree with everything leadership says, relentlessly use AI to create useless slop, don’t set any boundaries, and praise the inner circle.

Pros

Downtown Boston office, we can work remotely.

Cons

If you're looking for a long term career, look elsewhere. There's similar companies in this space that's more stable, with more honest people. For a company that sells retention, Clasp has a hard time retaining its own employees. In the last year, numerous departments have seen 90% turnover with people fired weeks/months after joining. The culture is built on being yes-men to senior leadership, with heavy micromanagement and high-strung energy where everything is on fire.

Thank you for sharing this. We know our pace and intensity isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. What we can say is that we take retention seriously, and where we've seen turnover, it's often been about performance or stage fit. We’re always working to get better at supporting the people who are the right fit for this kind of environment and deeply supporting their growth & engagement.

Pros

- The work we do has real impact. We help students launch meaningful careers, we connect clinicians with opportunities to serve, and we support healthcare organizations in filling critical roles that strengthen patient care in their communities! Win, win, win, win. - Our team is filled with people who care deeply about what they do, but who also bring a sense of joy and perspective to work. There’s a strong culture of respect, collaboration, and positivity here. - I’ve been especially impressed by how accessible and engaged the leadership team is. No one feels untouchable, and leaders are open to feedback, collaboration, and new ideas. They challenge us to grow while also providing the support and mentorship. We all know we’re valued as we see the many investments they make in us.

Cons

- The company’s focus on continuous improvement creates a fast-paced environment with high expectations. It’s a great fit for people who enjoy change and ongoing growth, but it may be challenging for those who prefer a more predictable or steady-paced routine.

This is spot on! The wins you described for students, clinicians, and healthcare organizations, are exactly why we show up every day. We're glad the culture of collaboration and care comes through, and that leadership feels accessible and invested in your growth. That's something we work hard to get right. Thank you for being part of this team.
