The company is lead by a bunch of fools who are inexperienced professionals.The CEO is a juvenille and a stupid person who treats employees as his servants.He should get a life now.The sales team works day and night almost 10-12 hours daily,7 days a week,still receives threats from the management that they will terminate them.No work life balance, thay expect you to attend con calls at 10 in the night.The management is highly inexperienced.One can see inexperience in their approach, behavior and conduct. They constantly threaten their sales people even abuse them, humilate them on calls make them realise that they are good for nothing.No motivation from the management at all.They literally blame their sales people for almost everything, no support from the so called Sales Leaders who dont even know how to speak.Inexperienced people who have 2-3 years experince are leading teams here and people who are seasoned have more than 6-7 years experience are working under them.No personal time, they would make you work like slaves, people in the management are super annoying don't have manners and ettiquetes at all.
The product sucks big time, they roll out new updates without thoroughly testing them resulting in a backlash from the existing customers.
They fool around with the existing customers and their only focus is to emerge as a market leader in the segment with a third grade product, they really dont care about their employees.One has to understand that it is the employees who make a company and represent the whole group, if they are not happy, things wont work long term.They literally sulk on their employees and exploit them to the fullest.
Their downfall is guaranteed.
My sincere advice is, even if this is last company on the planet to work with, dont join them, they would try to lure people to join them by giving them money and showing a fake culture, my advice is dont get fascinated them.
