What a joke, worst company I’ve ever experienced.
Pros
Free meals from time to time, employee discount could be much better but at least there is one. Doctor’s are nice but a couple are questionable 🤷🏽♂️.
Cons
If you have a brain and experience, forget about it…you will be treated like a 5 year old. Will literally micromanage your every move your whole damn shift every single FNG day! Why even hire anyone if your going to be up everyone’s Sass. Pathetic is an understatement. Extreme passive aggressive environment they were lucky I’m mature enough and humbled myself, they really don’t know who they were FNG with. 😆 They all have a lot to learn in how to treat coworkers and patients. None of them would last a day in my previous management experiences. 2 people were already on they’re way out when I started and two others quit shortly thereafter. They don’t have the cojones to stand up to the nonsensical crap the company requires of employees. The position while competitive in the industry is grossly underpaid for the job requirements.
