Pros
On paper, this should be an amazing place to work. A small team, in a new office working alongside each other to deliver and support a single product.
Cons
The reality is the total opposite. The Senior Management have instilled a culture of blame. The office is quite, as the employees are too intimidated to discuss work related issues, let along discuss anything else. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are dirty to the point where some employees would rather walk to a nearby supermarket than use these facilities.
