      Terrible leadership but great colleagues

      Pros

      The team we had in Berlin was great, good atmosphere, good working practices that the team lead set up. Was very diverse

      Cons

      They fired 25% of the company Inc 50% of the software department and completely lost their vision. This killed motivation and the good atmosphere. Product ideas are not competitive with other emerging green companies. Green washing is what makes them money and so that's the focus.

      Pros

      Good working environment, wonderful colleagues. Nice work life balance.

      Cons

      1. Their footprint calculations are BS and the projects they support are problematic. 2. The higher management is extremely incompetent and irresponsible with their finances and general distribution of responsibilities. 25% of their workforce lost their job as a result.
