Pros

I would not be able to maintain sanity without the support of my coworkers

Cons

Similar to other agencies, you will be pushed to sell and your team will be berated for not bringing the company business or money. There is supposedly an entire separate team that is dedicated to strategy and BD, yet you will get asked why aren't you growing the company even though clients are doing their own mass layoffs and have zero budget. During my time here, there has been mass layoffs of people so frequently that employees are all fearing for their job security. Leadership gives big words about working together as a team, but if someone isn't getting fired, someone is quitting. Why? The work life has become unbearable. You are expected to pick up the slack of all the new projects, while our staff numbers are getting slashed. This means OT every week, impossible standards, and leadership breathing down everyone's neck about meeting insane revenue targets. There is an obvious issue when MULTIPLE major leadership personnel are leaving the company, but this is not being addressed. There is no emphasis or care about culture (way to eliminate all positions related to internal support), no more growth opportunities (contrary to what was promised), bonuses are now 'dependent on company performance' instead of guaranteed (like how it was advertised previously). Oh, and let's not forget, you don't get to even have a bathroom break....otherwise how can you meet the 40 expected productive/90%+ billable hours?
