    Great family environment, Good Co workers. An awesome place to learn.

    Cons

    Stuck in the 80's, slow to change with the times. Really no where to advance to. sometimes a little too political with upper management.

    Pros

    Great place to learn. company is very willing to help employees further education. very clean working environment. Laid back work environment. Great work/Life balance.

    Cons

    Very little room for advancement. Too much politics. Wages are not competitive. Wages are same across the board regardless of position. Stuck behind the times with machinery and processes. Hiring very little skilled people for skilled positions.

    Slow to react to change, family owned issues, little room for advancement, risk adverse, pay not competitive, benefits not competitive
