I had a fantastic experience working for Closer, mostly because of the people. I always found that managers and other collaborators were always ready to help and give a hand even if they were busy. Excellent positive attitude overall and willingness to listen to you and act on your behalf. Transparency was also something that I really appreciated while working at Closer. Everyone was very clear on the objectives and challenges, there were regular one-to-one meetings and feedback from the clients. Great benefits (great medical insurance, training tools/material, etc). There are several opportunities to work on different projects and go up the ladder.
