    Pros

Has a lot of job security in the food industry. Exposed to many different cultures. Envirenment calls for creativity to get the job done. If you get it done, you're a hero until tomorrow.

    Cons

VERY fast paced environment. As a manufacturer of value added produce for fast food restaraunts, shelf life is very short. Constant pressure to cut corners to meet shipments. Working holidays is the norm due to small inventory levels and short shelf life. A work force where they don't speak english or it is a 2nd language at best. Poor wages for hourly and management alike. Burnout happens frequently and quickly

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your employees. This is not only wages but training and the chance for input. Improve your benefits and salary for front line supervisors. This is where the rubber meets the road.

    Pros

I really can't think of any pros.

    Cons

Company cares less about safety. The production plant is filthy. A lot of employees don't read or speak English. Rock bottom pay with little chance of advancement.

    Pros

Great place for entry level technicians to get started. Low expectations by Maint. supervisors.

The schedule. 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off. (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wed.)

You can work as hard as you want or not at all.

    Cons

Production is the Wild West. Questionable legal status of employees. All kinds of "questionable" behavior going on. You would need to see it to believe it.

    Advice to Management

Come to work every day as if this was your own business and everything you did was going to be in the news. Being reliable and consistent goes a long way.

    Cons

Absolutely everything else. Stressful environment. You worked 40 hours, got payed 35 with no Rtt´s. Not worth payed. Ideas not taken into account. French spirit in the bad sense.

    Advice to Management

    Change everything.
