Pros

National sign manufacturer and repair company with many high profile contract customers like Sears, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CVS, Fresh & Easy, etc.

Cons

Company is extremely slow in paying their subcontractors making it difficult to adequately provide customers with timely service. Service department is over worked and under paid.

Pros

Fast Paced , great affordable healthcare, friendly co workers, free coffee and a very large shop. Seems to be a few people that have been there a very long time so it must be a stable company, and it seems some employees are allowed to hire their friends and relatives

Cons

There seems to be no clear direction, managers don't seem to have any real authority and is confusing as to who is really in charge, and a very complicated and outdated software. There is an IT department but they don't seem to be very active in updating, just reactive when something goes wrong at your work station. I
