      Job roles are clear, people are friendly, little politics, no expectation of long hours.

      Cons

      Shrouds of secrecy, constantly outsourcing more design work and more production offshore, company often wastes time on fringe customers and products rather than on core products, company always follows competition, never leads, management won't listen to the little guys' input.
