Pros

Code blue taught me everything I needed to know about water mitigation and I received my IICRC certification. Steady work was never an issue.

Cons

They take the idea that salary is slavery to a whole new level. Constant improvements without compensation is demanded to be normal. Their turnover rate is staggering.

Management lies .... HR doesn't care ... Pretty much you are on your own, swimming in an ocean with no direction. Pay raises don't happen. Advancement opportunities don't happen.

A paycheck and security because their turnover is atrocious.

Cons

Employees hate working here and they treat each other that way. Management refuses to escalate anything. For six weeks straight this past winter, people were forced to work 6 days a week, a minimum of 10 hour days. Managers openly berated employees for not doing their part. Employees - mostly women - were seen crying at their desks. In the last two weeks, a supervisor quit, a quality control specialist who was with the company for years literally got up and walked out, and the managers don't care at all.
