Pros

The new office furniture is nice, and they have a decent coffee machine now. All of the immediate staff in the various departments are pleasant to work with and are often willing to go above and beyond to help each other succeed.

Cons

Things have gotten progressively worse since the company was acquired in May 2018 We have seen 20+ staff departures in the last 18 months with 0 replacements Many core departments have been reduced to 1 or 2 people, for a complex piece of software used by +30,000 people Current staff are stretched very thin and company morale is very low. Standardized procedures have been abandoned as upper management scrambles to assign remaining staff more responsibilities and work, many salaried staff are working nights/weekends regularly.

Pros

Colleagues are great. The opportunity to work remote but you have the option to work in the office as well.

Cons

Zero to no support from your direct Managers. Instead of hiring people they over load you with work. Definitely it’s based on quantity not quality.

Pros

At first, it was the great benefits and wonderful coworkers. Time off was also great.

Cons

Once the company was bought out, benefits were changed, PTO was changed, and high turnover.
