      micromanagement and no opportunities

      Learn to do everything by yourself. Location

      Cons

      Micromanagement at the level of CEO needs to approve every single expense. No benefits and low pay.No organization or procedures in place. High turnover, and the clients know it, so reinventing analysis every year. Upper management is one person. No strategy in place for the next 3-5 years. Stay away from this place.

      Flexible working hours, Friendly atmosphere atmosphere in the team, Decent salary, Interesting projects but it depends, company is pretty big so you could work in interesting project or in some boring software conservation

      Cons

      Salary could be better, Development prospects should be better defined, If you will be employed in boring project it could be not so fun to work here, No free coffe

      I have been in my role about two years and I can say they offer good health insurance benefit…. That about sums it up.

      1. Total boys club 2. Upper Management is all white polish men 3. Don’t believe you will ever receive a bonus and they put nothing in writing 4. Drama, drama, drama! Internal chaos as our ceo passes away and his children are fighting for company and control at employee expense. 5. No raises and expect stay in same position for 3-5 year 6. Everyone view as general worker with no opportunities for real development in your field you work on whatever they need you to 7. Absolutely no formal training 8. Force in-office despite coworkers in other offices (or countries) - more concerned with make sure people sitting in office then actual work we do
