    Pros

The high caliber personnel who both support you and encourage you to challenge yourself and others for the betterment of all aspects of the company. An approachable senior management team who lead by example and communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.

    Cons

I have not found any to date. The company has gone out of its way to embrace its employees and foster a positive and fun working environment.

    Advice to Management

Please keep the focus on the goals for the year and continue to communicate, encourage and review the expectations for the organization as it continues to grow in the upcoming year.

    Pros

Smart and driven colleagues; company's new management and strategy/direction is clearly moving in the right direction; casual yet high energy; inter-company communication is better than ever; customer growth and momentum for the product is really taking off and making this an exciting place to work.

    Cons

none really -- mostly outsiders who can't seem to realize that the past history of the company should be left in the past, company is moving forward and shouldn't look back.

    Advice to Management

important to continue to make great hiring choices and to retain existing great talent

    Pros

It's a small and friendly company. Management and communications with employees has improved significantly in recent months. Produces outstanding technology, and the employees are very talented.

    Cons

Employees hard work and good performance are not rewarded. There are no employee reviews. We really need new computers to perform our jobs better.

    Advice to Management

Employee communication has improved a lot in recent months. Keep it up! You really need to reward employees who perform highly. Currently, there is no incentive to work extra hard.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The product is brilliant, the promise is solid, the client results are pretty well certain. It really does have a good idea.

    Cons

The most senior leadership is not very confidence inspiring, the pay is not very good. Much too much politics. The company just does not do justice to the product

    Advice to Management

Sell the company into a cradle where the product can be supported, developed and sold properly.
