Pros

Pay is above most in behavioral health. They have a very nice facility in Phoenix. They have good IT equipment.

Cons

Company has no heart for employees and has laid 10-15 employees off at Phoenix site 3 times in past 1.5 years. Laid off 11 employees right before Christmas. Work environment is extremely poor - lots of use of profanity (frequent use of F bomb) towards each other and clients. Leadership at Phoenix site are control freaks. Leadership of company very poor. Case managers are nasty to SMI clients, refuse to provide case management services to clients, and 'party' all the time during work hours. Benefits are ok but very costly - health insurance for a family is around $1,000 per month.

Cons

Management, salary, lack of training, expected to know your job day 1, don’t get too personal, benefits are average.
