I have been working at Company Kitchen full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Employess are great people! The guest are wonderful!

    Cons

The upper management doesn't want negative answers. You have to lie if you have a problem, no negativity. The past couple of years, a boys club has developed.

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees as part of the team, listen to what everyone has to say, and don't always expect everything to be good. It just doesn't happen, we all have a bad day.

    Pros

Treat America is a great family-oriented company! I've worked in hospitality for many years, service being a top priority! And I would say Treat America provides top-level service to our internal and external customers! Great culture, lots of room for growth, and a competitive benefits package make it an employer of choice! I encourage anyone and everyone who is seeking a long-term career opportunity to consider Treat America. Best decision I have ever made!

    Cons

I honestly cannot thing of anything negative about working for this company!

I have been working at Company Kitchen full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Mostly Monday-Friday with few nights, weekends and holidays.

    Cons

Poor corporate structure. Pay too little for duties required. Have taken the role of Chef/Manager and stretched it to its furthest point. District managers are over-worked, often under-experienced and are stressed and this affects unit managers negatively. Very few units/kitchens are capable of producing the food Standard Operating Procedures require. Many kitchens are in very unsanitary locations.

    Advice to Management

Slow down. Take time to listen your unit managers and perfect what you have now before continuing to grow.

I have been working at Company Kitchen full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company is planning for extensive growth in the next few years which is exciting. Transformation is the word of the day as the company looks to create more efficiency, effectiveness, and engage employees. I'm very excited to be part of this exciting time as Treat America becomes Company Kitchen.

    Cons

There are lots of opportunities for growth and employee development.

    Advice to Management

I know there are a lot of things in the works, just keep the focus and support the plans for long term success. People are the most important part of any organization!

I have been working at Company Kitchen full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Weekends off, monthly meetings with all local managers and leaders, NO late nights, holidays off and paid, district managers are easy to reach out for help.

    Cons

No sales support. Staff are not very passionate about what they do. Yearly raise is a percentage corporate wide and not performance driven. No bonus plan.

    Advice to Management

Hire staff at livable wages. At least $28,000 annually.

    Pros

Mon-Friday work which is nice, that is the only nice thing about it.

    Cons

Management horrible, big time liars, attempt to care but they don't. Pay\raises is a complete joke as well.

    Advice to Management

Get qualified people to run your accounts, not lying children. try listening to your employees about what happens when upper management isn't present. I have never worked around such a clown show in my life.
