Pros
Good start if you are a fresh graduate as you can learn a lot of new things
Cons
The company appears to value long-serving employees more than newer staff, even when newer employees may possess greater knowledge and capabilities. Although there are two separate business units, most of the benefits are allocated to the Semiconductor BU. In addition, the allowance rate is low, and there are limited opportunities for bonuses and salary increments. In some cases, employees only receive an increment after submitting a resignation letter, and even then, the increase is relatively small. The company is currently short-staffed, resulting in each employee having to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
