Business Outlook
Pros
Good commission structure, some good managers, good training/ structure, organized, good business support team such as marketing
Cons
No flexibility, lots of KPIs, benefits are much better at other agencies, some bad managers, nobody really cares about one another = not a good company culture, known to throw people out without warning, some people will snake you, don’t like you taking Mondays off, early finish on a Friday but if you want the afternoon off to have to use a whole day which doesn’t add up, the expectation to work late
