      Consistent work and loyalty to employees. Everyone at Compass makes a strong commitment to each other through their actions and various activities, creating numerous team-building opportunities. The workload is healthy, and overall, Compass stands out as one of the best construction companies in Seattle with a positive outlook.

      Cons

      The intern program focuses on what it’s like to be a project engineer, with limited opportunity to learn about different facets of the business, such as the bidding process. That being said, if you know what you want, this setup is ideal!
