    The hours are ideal, you get off super early

    Cons

    Managers are unprofessional especially at the Alliant location in the galleria.

    Advice to Management

    When several employees start leaving an account around the same times, there’s definitely a problem!!

    Too many non willing employees to learn english, which creates barriers on many levels. All work related

    If your good at your job you won’t be micro managed

    Cons

    Always short staffed. Treat you as if you don’t know anything. Management does not want to learn anything about your past experience you are pigeon holed into your position and the web site to apply for other positions is so difficult to us you just give up

    Learn who you are working with. You need the experienced personnel not just cheap new labor
