Office lacks consistency in the application of policies, unprofessional interactions amongst the office staff, and the company owner has unreasonable expectations of value for pay.
Advice to Management
For the number of hours worked, the pay is well below average for this area. Emergency "On-call" weeks and alternate Saturdays must be considered when calculating the hourly rate. There needs to be room for growth. Employees should be treated as part of the team. If a property owner is disgruntled about the service they receive, a conversation with the employee should be arranged rather than sending an email to the entire company. Often, there is more to the situation than the property owner shares.
