My experience with Compass Community Schools was extremely disappointing. I found the culture to be concerning, with issues around communication, consistency, and leadership that made it difficult to have confidence in the organisation. From my perspective, there appeared to be a lack of transparency and insufficient regard for wellbeing. What was most troubling was the apparent disconnect between the values the organisation presents publicly and the reality experienced internally. In a setting that should prioritise safeguarding, trust, and professionalism, this was especially troubling.
