      Pros

      Great environment to work in and easy to learn, variety of topics in the polls and projects are interesting to learn about.

      Cons

      The only cons are lack of benefits and work being project based, hours only being offered when a project is underway.

      Nice view from the office windows

      Cons

      No management skills. Very low pay for similar positions in this region. Makes employees do tasks outside of their job and doesn't compensate for this jobs. Calls employees on their cell phones late night. Doesn't pay for employees cell phones even if used for business. Sub standard if any, benefits Makes hiring decisions based on what baseball team prospective hires are fans

      Pros

      You get to pick your own hours. They text you every day with 4 hour shifts and ask if you're available or not.

      Cons

      Not much engagement. Work environment seems stiff. Supervisors hover over your shoulder and listen to you speak without ever saying anything unless you make a mistake
