Cons
They fire welders only a few hours into their first shift. Owner is a “Complete Jerk” who belittles and intimidates his employees. He’s also not very knowledgeable or skilled in his craft. The workplace is a revolving door and the employees mock new hires. Working here is a “Complete Waste” or your time!
