Pros

Has a good history, and still has some good folk.

Cons

Company felt like a ship a bit lost at sea. Losing or optimizing lots of good people.

Pros

Most employees are very friendly, typically willing to help when needed, and highly skilled. Hours can be flexible as long as you complete your tasks on schedule (depends on supervisor). Good work/family balance.

Cons

Internal advancement is practically non-existent/merit is not recognized. Parent company (Roper) cares only about $$$. Layoffs are handled extremely poorly by (severely bloated) HR dept. Several years without decent raises or bonuses.
