      My experience at Compucom overall was great but left on down note.

      Pros

      The health benefits and salary were market based, so it was more difficult to change jobs for similar duties. There was complimentary gourmet coffee, on-site gym and showers. The office culture was business causal.

      Cons

      There were too many lay offs, which weaken the intelligence and experience base. Whole departments were gutted to reduce cost. Also management was not always open to best practice suggestions when coming from subordinates.

      Pros

      They provide training and pay for all certifications which is a big benefit when working in the IT field. Make sure to utilize this benefit because it will help you move to the next level in IT.

      Cons

      This company is not well structured and managers don't tend to follow up with employees. There is a considerably long turnaround time from when you submit requests to when they get completed.
