      Pros

      - Great pay - Clean work place with updated tools and systems to get the work done - Management always willing to work with you with scheduling - Owner knew everyone that worked for him and cared for each employee - Always staying up to date and keeping things fresh - Promoting from within was a big deal here.

      Cons

      - Could get busy sometimes, but management always worked to helped lighten the load. -
