Great benefits along with salary.
Not a very dynamic company.

Great Benefits! is rare to find a company that will pay fully for health insurance.
Immediate reach to upper management due to the size of the company.
Opportunities to meet a lot of people within the industry.
Most of the employees are nice! you can get along well.
Although CEO is a great guy, he relies too much on the wrong people to take key decisions in the company. Upper management not open to new ideas and innovation. I was an IT graduate and ended up serving at the Accounting Dept (not sure why). Advancement is limited to personal interests and favoritism. Not a clear path on milestones and collaboration to reach overall company goals. At some point the culture feels more like a small town with a lot of gossip than an actual serious company. Model not what a Software Development Company nowadays should be, less waterfall more agile. No advancement in the corporate ladder at all! positions are assigned by finger pointing basically, and not by real knowledge or merit.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the old Pop and Mom company model. Become more organic, attract young innovators and embrace change. Have a better organizational structure, (give titles to each role/employee) having a title empowers people = part of makes them feel important within the company. Have a path for advancement within the company.

Great travel opportunities, opportunity to work with many interesting and high quality clients
Opportunities to advance in company are limited after a certain level

I have been working at Computer Packages full-time
Majority of health insurance is paid by company
Enjoyable, likable colleagues
unlikely to achieve career advancement regardless of tenure, loyalty, or initiative
small company with minimal strategic vision
culture based in paranoia, favoritism and a punitive management style
extremely limited internal communication
cumbersome system for managing daily work
silos of work - no collaboration between teams
no bonuses, no feedback, minimal annual increases (if any)
great people, room to advance, travel opportunities, opportunity to work with different departments across the company and other large companies
some favoritism (nepotism), older office building, lots of travel (con for some people, it was a pro for me), salary could be higher
Advice to Management
higher salaries, less favoritism (more promotion based on merit), promote extensive international experience available with paid-for travel, be more fun!
